Our key focus has been to develop a planning process that puts Elite planners ahead of the competition. We understand that a good plan is crucial to the success of any maintenance or Turnaround event. We pride ourselves in planning more with less resources. Our unique planning strategies will help reduce front end loading resources that are normally employed for 1-2 years prior to a major TA. We encourage our clients to allow us to show how we can reduce resources and achieve better planning results. We are experienced planners in piping, exchangers, vessels, valves, chemical clean, resource allocation, lead planning, material ordering, piping constructability, and many other TA and Maintenance activities.
